There are a few movies that I love so much, that if they are playing on television, I have to watch them. I may have seen them at least 20 times, but that doesn’t matter. I still watch them. I may own them. I still watch them if they are on TV. Such is the case with 1996’s The Birdcage. It also happens to be my go-to movie for making me laugh hysterically. If I am having a down day, it cheers me up immensely. Starring Robin Williams, Nathan Lane, Gene Hackman, Dianne Weist, and Calista Flockhart, it is one of the funniest movies ever. I have met Dianne Weist several times as part of my survival job, and let me tell you, she is so much like her character. She’s sweet, funny and respectful. So, sit back and LAUGH:
